Woodhaven Place Reviews
I really appreciate the office team esp Christie, she is phenomenal. Me and my husband move into a brand new home and it’s been a great experience thus far. Love the fact that we actually have a yard and not bunched up together like other parks I’ve visited. Definitely recommend this community to others.
Jun 10, 2025 · Jay HornIt's one of the most expensive mobile home parks around. Residents pay for everything except Trash pick up. Park is mostly kept clean. I find residents here are not very friendly. I would not recommend nor not recommend this place.
May 03, 2025 · Bernice MaillouxI absolutely love Christie in the front office, she has made me feel at ease with any problems I come across , she listens, she cares, and is very helpful! Mar 26, 2025 · Kristen WiesendI ADORE Christie, she was so nice and very helpful during the process of getting us approved. She made sure we had everything we needed for paperwork and went through it to make sure everything was good. While we were waiting to hear back she made sure we were kept up to date on where it was processing wise. I really look forward to moving in
Feb 26, 2025 · Victoria CiliaDo not move here. They go up on rent very high every year. They don't really have a manager. When you do everything you're supposed to when moving out, they make up a list of lies (t(hat I have proof of), so you don't get your security deposit back. I wrote a demand for a Security Deposit letter to the litigation department at Sun Communities Registered mail, so they got it 10 days ago. I called and left a voicemail. Still no response. This has been so stressful for my 83 year old father, who has lived there since 2020. ADVICE: Take pictures of everything wrong when moving in and moving out!!UPDATE!!! After a second demand letter to the litigation Department of Sun communities they took another look at extra evidence I sent and decided to give us our security deposit back.
