Windy Pines RV Park

30735 Nichols Sawmill Rd, Magnolia, TX 77355, USA

3.0
We moved in in August 2021 and the water did not work and we told him it didn't work. He offered an rv next to it as it has water and everything works, go look in the bedroom and its infested with bedbugs. We move into rv with no water as he tells us he'll fix it. 1 week passes, he doesn't show. 2 weeks the same, until 3 weeks he shows up to mow the lawn. By this time its a month and there's no water, tanks are full of waste that isn't ours. We moved out and called to tell him, he says over 2 weeks that he can get us our deposit and he can't get it and he can only get some or hes not giving us any money. Only about 5 rvs have occupants and all of them look like FEMA trailers with a variety of states plates. Louie is rude, disrespectful, and took advantage of people who had nowhere else to go. 43 years of real estate and he doesn't know how to have proper shower and toilet facilities on property. - Payton
