Windstone Village Reviews
Nice family park to live in. The neighborhood is very quiet. Pet's are welcome. The management here gets things done when needed and they are courteous and understanding. I have been here for 5yrs and I have never had any issues. Great place to retire.
May 13 · Shellie CoxVery nice and willing to help, I went to drive around the park as I had never been there. Gloria the manager was so very helpful. She gave me all the info I needed and was happy to do it. What a good manager and sales manager she is. Those owners are lucky to have her working for them. I was there quite awhile and she treated all the residents very well that stoped by and they all knew her as she did them.In my book she gets 5 gold stars!!!!!
June 12 · Cristi BaileyNice community, friendly neighbors. The management is very rude, not very helpful. Horrible with the occupants. My mother has lived here for 12 years and it was great until they brought in a new manager 2 years ago. Now most people want sale and move out.
April 26 · Carie ShermanThis is a mobile home park on regular city streets near where I live. The homes are well maintained and yards are kept mowed and tidy. Each house has either a car or our has converted it to a garage. My only issue is those illegally parking on street corners making it hard to pull out from side streets. (Maybe yellow could be painted on the curbs)Also, people in the neighborhood (not necessarily those living in Windstone but generally those driving to pass along the main street through Windstone) zoom through.I would hate to suggest speed bumps, but they might be necessary
March 09 · Frances HeineckWay over priced and not a friendly place. Constantly raising prices and treating it like an apartment complex even though people are buying their homes
