Would be nice if it was open later then 8pm. Laundry room is nice. Pool table.. bring your own pool stick. Book and puzzle areas. Pretty nice. Folks are nice and everyone works to get by and have a nice neighborhood.Lots of changes since Cambio took over ownership, but most feel like an improvement. Yes, lot fees have gone up a bit, but far less than many other communities in the area (so far).Management, especially Jesse truly seem to be good folks who care about the community and want to do good by us. When problems happen that affect the whole park, yes it is an inconvenience, but these are problems all communities face from time to time, and the problems truly are resolved as fast as possible. I will update this review if things change over time, but as of now I'm content living here and appreciate the good management.
