Aug 11, 2024 · Scott StoneWent and looked at a mobile for sale yesterday evening. I love the background checks they are doing but, so many of these mobiles have lawns that are overgrown, landscaping really needs to be enforced. A lot with trash/clutter stacked on the outside. You can be a non criminal but still take no pride in your property. Also I noticed a lot of cats running around and dogs running around without the owners present to watch them. Even if they’re friendly, not everyone else’s dog is. Everyone deserves respect, these tenants may be trying to clean it up but help your neighbors if they can’t manage their yard maintenance. So many need outside repairs. They made this place sound so clean, but I was so upset to see that it isn’t. I felt lied to. Also the lot rent is high at 515$ a month with no amenities, no lawn maintenance, no water or utilities included. Most parks the water is at least included with it. Was very shocked to learn that as well. Windsong needs to focus on getting these places cleaned up on the outside if they want clean and professional, quiet neighbors.
Jun 07, 2023 · Heather BartonWindsong is a safe quiet place to live .it's a family community with lots of children at play.We do have rules and not everyone agrees with them , they are set in place to keep community nice and safe and too also keep the trash out.If you are not interested in obeying rules or living in a safe & quiet community then this place is not for you.
May 11, 2019 · David SnyderNice and quite the kids around the park can be a little rough but that’s kids my only problem is they have broken my porch door and the screen on my window porch can’t say who so haven’t brought it up to management.the fact is the management is doing it’s best I lived here for a year now and the only big problems I’ve had were my own fault the rules can be strict but it’s usually in everyone’s best interest but the rent has Been raised three times I don’t know why but it’s still a good place and the trailers are in pretty good shape even if they are older
