Jul 04, 2021 · Genevieve MartinezI live next to this community and I been having issues with some people who lives there, apparently they don't have a designated place for tenants to smoke, so this people smokes every day and my daughters are getting sick because they are doing it every day and next to my fence... My kids can't go to the patio anymore because they are getting sick thanks to the smoke, I tried asking this people not to do it next to my fence but they don't care, I called the park to see if they had any policy but the person who answered was ride and did not care about what I had to say... I have been taking my daughters to the doctor for to they're never ending cough, the doctor has advice me to take legal actions against the tenants and the park, because that's called " second hand smoke".... I will be taking action.
