Whispering Hollow South Mobile Home Park, by Valley Community Management Introduce
For many residents across Pennsylvania, particularly those in the vibrant Lehigh Valley, finding a home that offers both affordability and a high quality of life is a significant quest. In a housing market where traditional homeownership can often be financially challenging, manufactured home parks present a practical and increasingly attractive solution. Whispering Hollow South Mobile Home Park, expertly managed by Valley Community Management, stands out as a noteworthy community in Northampton, PA, offering a distinct living experience.
Whispering Hollow South Mobile Home Park is an established residential community designed for long-term living in manufactured homes. Unlike temporary RV parks, homes in a mobile home park are typically purchased by residents, who then lease the underlying land. This model often provides a significantly more accessible path to homeownership, allowing individuals and families to enjoy the benefits of owning their own property—including personal space and often a yard—at a considerably lower cost than a traditional stick-built house. Nestled peacefully in the rolling hills of Northampton, Whispering Hollow South aims to provide a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment for its residents.
The appeal of living in a manufactured home community like Whispering Hollow South often stems from the strong sense of community and the well-maintained environment it offers. Resident testimonials, while sometimes varied, frequently highlight the park's peaceful atmosphere and the friendly nature of both neighbors and management. Valley Community Management, which oversees Whispering Hollow South, has a long-standing reputation in the Lehigh Valley for specializing in managing mobile and manufactured homes with care and expertise since 1975. This professional oversight contributes significantly to the park's overall quality and resident satisfaction.
Recent reviews from residents offer valuable insights into life at Whispering Hollow South. One glowing testimonial speaks of a family's dream fulfilled, praising the process facilitated by Siani from Valley Community Management: "We are raising our family in a quiet, peaceful, very friendly neighborhood. No complaints here, everything has been wonderful. Brings tears to my eyes how much our toddlers enjoy this home and community. All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. My husband and I literally tell each other every single night how much of a dream this was for our family." This review highlights the strong community feel, peace, and family-friendly atmosphere.
However, another review from the same family, posted later, indicates some challenges, citing "raised lot rent for many, and are now charging us WATER AND SEWER," and concerns about rules enforcement regarding pet breeds. This provides a more balanced perspective, suggesting that while the community offers many positives, residents should be aware of evolving policies and their potential impact. It's crucial for prospective residents to consider both the consistent praise for the environment and the potential for changes in community regulations.

Just purchased our first home in Glenncrest, a week after getting married! Siani was amazing. Truly amazing, any question I had she answered almost immediately- helped us with the financing/loan company as well. Whole process was done in about 2 weeks from starting at the viewing of some homes to the day we got our keys! We were on a time restraint and she made it happen! We are raising our family in a quiet, peaceful, very friendly neighborhood. No complaints here, everything has been wonderful. Brings tears to my eyes how much our toddlers enjoy this home and community. All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. My husband and I literally tell eachother every single night how much of a dream this was for our family. Thank you Siani for all of your hard work and dedication & for making this happen!
Nov 13, 2024 · Madison Mif i could give this negative stars i would. we moved here in october 2024. you can see my amazing review from before. now they raised lot rent for many, and are now charging us WATER AND SEWER. they have many dogs living in here that are put in the rules and regulations you are not allowed to have. if you have to sign the rules, just know they don’t mean anything at all. everyone is breaking the rules around here. we will not be here as long as we planned. few years max. they keep checking for “water leaks” under everyone’s homes and don’t put the siding back up and just leave it laying there. i inquired about a fence while ago, haven’t heard anything and will be pretty bummed if it doesn’t get approved as there are many people in here who don’t care about their house and property. this park is becoming ridiculous and we definitely regret moving here but now are under a loan so we have to suffer with the consequences. don’t buy a home in glenncrest :)) i love this neighborhood for my kids but with countless pit bull mixes surrounding our house im very upset as that was one of the rules you could not have that breed. :) thanks for listening im sure ill be back in a few weeks after this meter bs is put together.
May 07, 2025 · madison moyerMy wife and I have recently bought a home here, and I have literally no bad things to say about the park, the people who live here, or the wonderful people who we have worked with to get here! Siani was a pleasure to work with and has helped us out beyond what I would expect anyone to!
Jul 13, 2023 · Noah VaillancourtI waited till do a complete review until I knew what I was telling about. In a world full of misconceptions, decisions made by computers, poor communication, in my life is at an all time high when it involves company's I need to deal with .. let me tell you ... I had great and constant communications with the staff member I dealt wit ( Siani)Amy questions I had it is I didn't know something she helped me. I haven't seen customer service like this in years. Now anyone that knows me knows.. IM NOT PERFECT.. so I was honest and they didn't let a computer decide if I was able to move here, they meet with me, talked with me they have protections in place for my community that if Joe schmo needs a room to stay in .. guess what? NOPE, CAN'T DO IT... And if I do the park will take care of that problem. .lol. but in all fairness keeping the REALLY BAD PEOPLE OUT... he it might be prejudicial. But I feel protected in a way. It's honestly an inexpensive way to live given these hard times and I'm trying to retire."Life's what we make it" .... "Grow where your planted". You ultimately make your life. This place just made it ALLITTLE easier for me.Anna they are immaculately clean places. Again yes there's rules.. that's why it's so clean here and all their parks!Check them out.. you won't be sorry.Just remember maintenance is for mgmt to use but it's. It's not an apartment complex. 😘
Feb 24, 2023 · TLSwhile looking for a new place for my mother to live we were fortunate enough to come across Whispering Hollow. This place does not resemble the typical mobile home park, old growth, clean and well maintained. This place is family owned and has been for many years. One of the owners, Jared, is a man of great integrity and has a genuine concern for the people who live in Whispering Hollow. If you are looking for a nice place with easy living you need to look here. My mother has been there two years now and is sure she made the right choice.
