It's been sold twice and the current owners and management is awful. They have raised the lot rent hundreds and do nothing. You can expect a tree to fall on your house or car and again they do nothing. Denise the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful and doesn't care about residents. She will do anything to fine you and will constantly threaten residents of fines. Save yourself lots of heartache and headaches and drive right on past this nightmare.

Don't move there you will regret it. I've seen them leave homes literally on there side because they knocked them over putting them in then leave them there for months on there side and sell them to people later.
