Stay away from this place. They tried to raise my rent payment, and I ended up paying $270 in water bills. When I asked about it, they said there was a leak. I hired a third-party agency to inspect it, and they found nothing wrong. On top of that, the management didn’t even have me in their system, so I was paying rent in cash or cashier’s checks for five months — and I have no idea who kept that money. They also lost my deposit and tried to charge me again. Thankfully, I kept the receipt of the cashier’s check. In the end, I got evicted, but I’d rather deal with that than stay in this park again. They want to own all the houses in the park, so they’ll do whatever they can to kick you out.Worst park ever, you will love to pay rent than own a house here. - Jose Frias cedeno
