Do Not Move Here! Unless you want yearly rent increases with no upgrades to the park or explanations as to why increased. Managers are rude and are rarely in the office during the normal hours of operations, nor do they answer phone calls during business hours. The main manager plays minds games on who I need to talk to about rent, causing emotional grief. The garbage dump close by makes the smell of the park horrible, so forget going outside to enjoy fresh air in your lot you pay for unless you want to be sick to your stomach.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Unless you enjoy the smell of garbage avoid at all costs. It's in rhe single digits today and the smell coming from the landfill which is a in arms reach is strong now...... Just imagine how it will be in the summer🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. I don't know how the landfill was allowed to extend it so no it's literally right across the street. And you can't tell me that it's not effecting the ground water here........

The snow maintenance they provide is the worst I've ever seen. You can complain but they don't care because their snow isn't plowed the same as yours. The people they hired to plow takes care when plowing the homes of managers/management. It is a huge safety hazzard. More like being snowed in instead of snow removal. I have attached pictures for others so they can be aware of the maintenance we pay for... actually paying more in lot rent than our mortgages to only get snowed in. It's totally ridiculous, and only seeming to get worst. It's not even worth it if you're desperate more headache than anything. The company/ land owners are just greedy, extremely money hungry. Save yourself the hazzard and inconvenience of West Village Estates! HOA's are cheaper than lot rent here. Just a bunch of money hungry bullies. Save yourself!! **the cleaned snow is management property, compared to the rest of the community! YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED ** NO MATTER WHAT WE HAVE A VOICE, CONTINUE TO USE IT, ONLY WAY A DIFFERENCE WILL BE MADE!

Don't move in here. They sell sub standard homes for top price. I like that no one bothers me here much at all. Every year they raise the lot rent. The matinence here know much of nothing. I wouldn't have paid near as much as I did if I knew the real shape this house was in. Buyer beware n if you do buy make SURE you have it checked out completely.

Wanted to keep this updated. 7/27/2024. Still prove hiking for lot rent with no improvements to park or it's land. Don't move in here, look somewhere else, move somewhere else. This place is all about it's money, not it's community or the individuals or families that live in it. The management is a joke, the staff are completely useless, half the people in here don't maintain their homes nor property. Run, run away from this place. Not a new resident. Lived here for 27 years.Update 7/9/2018. We've had a car stolen and a multitude of vehicle break-ins. What has management done? Not a damn thing.Update 5/29/19: There was a shooting in the park. Park management nor Park owners have done nothing to improve said situation.Homes are still not being maintained, park lighting is terrible. They use 30 year old light bulbs instead of upgrading to LED bulbs. Office personnel is rude once you've moved in and signed lease.Individuals speed through here, disregard stop signs with no regard for children.Like I said. Run.
