West Glen Village Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Do not live here. Trust me better is out there. It may be tempting to move in here but I promise you it is not worth it. Stereotypical trailer park with the addition of terrible office staff. They refuse to address any issues you have, especially when it comes to noisy neighbors. I did report on this, for literal months, gave the addresses of the offending residents and surprise! Nothing was done. Instead a target was put on my back for simply wanting to live in peace. I can not stress enough how atrocious the office staff here is and how trashy the park has become. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Jun 18, 2025 · Austin LucasBought my first home here for me my fiance and my newborn. The trailer i purchased had holes all thoughout the siding of the house under the siding, so water was seeping in and mold was covering prob 40% of EVERY exterior facing wall that comes in contact with rain, had false wood walls up in the living area to cover up the mold that was growing, my kitchen flooring and every cabinet was molded under and behind them, ive spend around 5 grand repairing the place by myself, with still another like 3-5 grand that gonna end up having to pay out to repair the rest of the problems myself... the office took zero responsibility for selling me a lemon of a home... an unsafe home.... just go somewhere else... or pay for your own inspectipn beforehand
Jun 12, 2025 · Zack RollerYou guys need to be quiet how come there is a party at 2 am when the neighbored next to you can hear everything. I am about to start calling the police everytime and keep complaining because this is so rude. Especially when I don’t live in those trailers I can still hear everything.
May 25, 2025 · Stephie15Terrible at responding to messages, listings on the website aren't accurate, and the main thing - they will brazenly violate the fair housing act and reject you over an ESA. I had to go in person to get my application moving out of the limbo they left it in (I think they were going to ghost me because they sold the house I applied for to someone else) and then the next day I get a text saying they won't accept my ESA. This dog has been signed off on by not just one but two mental health professionals. West Glen Management - someone will be contacting you 🤪
Apr 04, 2025 · DeanI haven't lived here for 2yrs (since my ex-husband & I divorced). Getting my name taken off the lease was a NIGHTMARE because everyone told me something different about the process and I ended up having to make two separate trips from Beech Grove (where I now live) to the west side to have this done. Once my name was removed, they told me I didn't have to do anything more and that it was all in my ex-husband's & his dad's (who was the primary on the lease) court about adding my ex-husband to the lease in place of me.Tell me why now (11/1/24), after having my name removed from the lease and not living there for TWO YEARS, did they try to charge my bank account for the most recent rent payment?! I even received an email days before saying the rent was paid (it does not state what account paid it, and I no longer have access to the account). Which in turn caused my bank to charge me an "insufficient funds" fee because I rarely use that account. This doesn't even begin to cover the issues I had while living there and I wasn't going to make a review at all, but this was the last straw for me and really pushed me over the edge with West Glen.
