Weaver Meadows 1 and 2 Mobile Home Parks are currently being newly renovated. The Parks are quiet, serene and family friendly. I have lived here since 11/22/22 and the Park Owners have done an incredible job renovating and moving in nice Mobile Homes. You can even move your own Mobile Home in one of it's nicely lush green landscaped lots. When I first got here and didn't have any place for storage the association was nice enough to build me a protection cover for my front porch where I could put my lawn mower and such. Nothing has ever been taken and in all honesty it's the quietest place I've ever lived. The association is about community and making everyone feel a part of. There's a community newsletter that comes out every month that lets you know what's going on around the parks. It isn't full yet but with all the improvements that are happening weekly I know that this park as well as the other will be filled up in no time. It's reasonable lot rent and reasonable financing through 21st Mortgage. All in all it's a great place to live!!

I lived there for many years and didn't have any problems until the new owner bought the park. When I moved, because I was unable to have the trailer moved, they used a 14 day eviction notice. They will tell you that they will make an offer, but that is a lie. I only asked for 1200 but got evicted instead.

I think it's a great place to live! The park is constantly being upgraded and when you have an issue whether it be with something minor or major the Park Management resolves it as quickly and effectively as possible.
