I have lived in this mobile park and owned multiple units in this mobile park throughout the years the management is new here and I have never been more unhappy with the management team and the owners they’re very money hungry they don’t work with you they don’t fix any of the real issues in the mobile park and this is actually my second review, they had to call me and ask me to take down my first review all because they don’t want you guys to really see how things are around here not taking this one down should know to save their money go to a different mobile park I would never recommend living here unprofessional people to say the least they don’t send you documentation at all as far as rent receipts or anything, that was really bothers me and I’ve been asking for them since they took over like I said, I would never recommend this mobile park to anybody save your money there’s so many other nicer establishments that are ran professionally. Let this be your last resort, and understand what you’re getting into when you get here. And as soon as I put up this post, I have violations hanging on my door and I’m going to post pictures like I said these people are absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and run the other way. I wish I could just up and move that easy because I would this place is trash mind you I’m the only one with one of these papers and I’m not going to disrespect my neighbors and post pictures of the surrounding areas but my lot is the least of the issues I pay my lot rent and barely home I pick up after my dog on the end of every week so this is ridiculous even my neighbors have defended me on this like I said please run

He made my dad feel comfortable and welcomed.. in fact, my dad moves into his new mobile home in just a few days.. zac made sure my dad was kept updated and helped guide him through the application process.. Lou, the maintenance guy, is a very personable and good guy.. the neighborhood is quiet. So far zero complaints if there were my old man wouldn't be a new Tenant of wayside ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I definitely have a lot of good things to say about the park, especially towards park management. I was diagnosed with cancer a couple months back which left me unable to work, I was getting by but paying bills was definitely a bit of a struggle and upper management and park management that represent Knights 1 really came through for me and paid a months rent when I really needed it. They're selfless professional people and I couldn't feel luckier or more grateful. That being said my neighbors are all solid people and code isn't too strict nor is it too laid back, It's just right. Definitely recommend for any first time home owners looking for cheap affordable lot rent!

He has definitely gone above and beyond for many of us. In the past I did not always have positive interactions. But every experience with Zack has been positive.
