A couple of residents are allowed to pile junk all over their yards, and place an excessive amount of yard decorations, Some people won't mow their grass and they let weeds grow, wild. Nothing is said to them. The rules seem to be based on who is liked or not.
Nov 20, 2021 · Evening StormMy experience with the owner Charlie Dehart was iffy, he was all over the place on what he wanted done, and changed his mind Nemours times , then when the time came to pay for the services we provided,he became angry and didnt want to pay until we did more work that he added after the original work was completed, he got on Google and every website out there and trash talked our company and myself included, still have not gotten paid, I do NOT recommend doing any kind of business with this man nor company

They won’t answer phone calls, refuse to do anything they’ve said they’d do to keep my rental livable but want to increase the rent claiming they take “good care of the property” which they DO NOT.
