The review explicitly states, "Don't live here if you have a job that requires good internet. Good luck getting ANYTHING good. They seriously need to upgrade the lines, it's 2025 and we live in socal, there's zero excuse not to have high speed internet, mobile home parks nearby have it, we should too." This is a crucial feature for potential residents, especially in today's digital age.

Walnut Hills Mobile Home Community Reviews
We laid to rest a family member this day. This was my first time coming to this establishment. Price comparison to other cemeteries I found them a bit on the high side. Which is why I gave them four stars. There were a few tombstones that needed cleaning. Which also negated a five-star rating. Based on the price for being buried here.Needless to say the ceremony went off without a hitch. We did not feel rushed. The cemetery docent did an incredible job to offer closing ceremonies like a flower ceremony, dropping the handful of dirt ceremony, and taking care of the extra flowers to be placed on the grave so the bouquets didn't go to waste. Overall I think this was an incredible establishment. If you can afford it and you're living in the area and you're a type of person who feels they need to visit the remains of their loved one I would recommend this establishment.

Apr 19, 2025 · Hector ChinaWhat a joke The peoples are giving this park a 5 star park must be friends of management because this park is far from a 5 star park. most of the places in this park are run down and filthy and sky high with weeds. even the entrance of the park dry dead brushes . No Internet only DSL sucks. This could be a nice park if management wasn’t so scared to enforce the rules to clean up.
Aug 07, 2023 · connie einboden*Most 5 star reviews are likely to be friends / family of management*Mediocre park to live in, but the issue, like many other people have stated, is that you only have DSL (Edit: there is no more option for DSL now) or satellite options for internet. The DSL option is less than 1 Mbps, which is about the same speeds of 3G internet. I have had to go through the process of using my phone as a hot spot in order to actually get some sort of usable internet. The pool / spa area is also only open about 3 months of the year. In Southern California, this is crazy as it is hot enough to where it should be open for at least half of the year. They also added some pretty gnarly speed bumps which you either need to drive over slower than a snail, or faster than 20-25 MPH for it to not feel absolutely brutal (also dependant on your suspension I guess). The area is quiet and nice, but the internet needs to be updated, the pool needs to be open more, and those speed bumps need to go.If these changes get made, I would not mind updating my review, but the internet is the biggest issue. This needs to be fixed.Edit (over a year later):So far, no improvements or positive changes have seemingly been made. Some security is all right to deal with, and others are a pain. They seem to pick and choose who they want to enforce over. Also, unfortunately they removed the public car wash station, as well as the gate around the tennis court. Apparently none of the cameras within the park except for the few that are inside of the office or directly facing the entrance/exit work. I found this out after one of the entitled security guards drove around me and merged into me causing damage to my car. Also, if you have any sort of issues or questions that you need to talk to the park manager for, it is on her time that she's willing to talk to you. She only calls on a private number so there's no opportunity to call back. Additionally, if you just don't answer private calls, this is kind of an unfortunate situation for you. It also seems, in voicemails, the manager is irritated that you don't answer a private call and doesn't exactly give you an alternate way to contact them.Edit #2 (another year later):DSL is no longer an option but T-Mobile home internet is somewhat available.Edit #3 (another year later):Rules have been turned into suggestions at this point. A few houses are not kept up with and people just park on the street. 75% of the time when you're driving in or out you'll drive past a car just simply parked in the street, or a car sticking out of a driveway (usually the same houses every time). All the overflow parking is used by seemingly the residents. No overnight parking allowed as well in overflow parking. Pretty unfortunate since that pretty much means you can't have guests overnight. Oddly, this seems to be the only rule they actually enforce. Likely because night shift security has nothing better to do. Personally, I think management needs to change completely.
