Rent is weekly. And many times he has worked with me to delay late charges and most of the time drops them all together.The younger than usual landlord is committed and works on the trailers every day. It is currently under renovation and the trailers are older models so some are not in the best shape.I give the landlord 5 stars and the actual mobile homes 2 stars.
