August 06 · Ryan MartinThis is a friendly, safe, and quiet community. Well maintained grounds with two grassy parks large enough for throwing a frisbee, swinging on the swings or swimming in the pool. There's also a workout room and a community room. The 24 hour on-site management is a nice plus. The management is friendly and responsive, and the roads are quickly plowed in the winter. While the lots are smaller than your typical neighborhood, I love having my own yard for my organic garden, barbecuing and privacy. This was a main consideration for moving here.Home prices keep climbing in Boulder, and this has been a good investment in one of the few remaining free-market real estate options left in Boulder that is still affordable. We've been here six years and moving here was a good decision all the way around.
July 09 · L JIts a typical mobile home park and it appears to have a relaxed atmosphere and is well maintained. It seems there could have been a little more space between the homes, but everyone appears to be living in harmony. The addresses are easy to find and a plus is the fact maintenance lives on site in case of emergencies. The landscaping is well groomed and there isn't any trash strewn about. It is in a nice location and there are parks close by, a dog park directly across the street. Was not there at night so I didn't see how well it was lite up. Not sure about the security provision either. Unsure of any community amenities or wifi. That said, with what I know so far, I would definitely live there.
December 27 · Steven “SlotSlug” MeljadoWow I just got off the phone with the lady in the front office at this trailer park. I was inquiring about moving my trailer to Boulder for work. I don’t even know what she said it wasn’t possible to understand her she said happy Thanksgiving, and hung up i’m still confused horrible customer service
November 22 · Molly McBroomThe park is very well maintained and seems to be pretty quiet! I often visit my Dad out there, and I don't have any trouble finding him, as the lot numbers seem to go in a fairly recognizable order. Well done!
