The new management has done an amazing job of cleaning things up. There were lots of extra cars, many not running parked on vacant lots and the roads. The pool has been open the entire summer and actually opened a little earlier and stayed open later than previous years. The new homes coming in, the new signs and many other improvements these last few months are making this a five-star community, our homes are increasing in value each day!!

Never returns calls.It’s one thing to have standards for the park and it’s another to write up insignificant notices that are not disruptive to peoples day to day life.Our lot is up to par, yet they find a way,However what is disruptive to lives is turning the water off without notice in the dead of summer, sometimes for hours on end. They also don't ever let the water flush properly so when the water comes back on the line is full of air and sediment that clogs the faucets.Maintenance- horrible and rude. Specifically the blonde lady.
