If I could, I would give this place a negative 5 Stars. It is criminal to continue to raise ground rent 4% every year in a senior park. All of the renters are on low fixed incomes. This property management company is taking advantage of our seniors. Renters are charged $52.40 per month for sewer. The average single family dwelling is billed $19.80 per month in the city of Antioch. Where does the extra $32 per space per month go? That amounts to $4768.00 per month that J&H Asset Property Management Inc is pocketing. The park is in permanent construction. My mother has been there for almost 4 years and cannot afford to stay.
