We understand what matters to Indiana residents when choosing an RV park: a clean environment, helpful amenities, a good location, and a sense of community. So, let’s explore why Lundeen's Landing might just be the perfect spot for your next RV adventure.
---**Lundeen's Landing** is conveniently located at **500 E Robinson Ln, Vincennes, IN 47591, USA**. What truly sets its location apart for many is its proximity to the river, offering a fantastic setting for those who love camping right along the water's edge. Imagine waking up to the peaceful sounds of the river – it’s a genuine treat for nature lovers.
For Indiana residents, Vincennes itself is an easily accessible city, making Lundeen's Landing a viable option for a quick getaway or a longer stay without having to travel too far from home. The park's address makes it relatively straightforward to find for those familiar with the Vincennes area.
However, it's important for local drivers, especially those with smaller or lower-sitting vehicles, to be aware of the entrance. Customers have noted the presence of **large speed bumps right at the entrance** which are quite tall. While designed for speed control, some have found them to be challenging, particularly for vehicles with less clearance or those carrying weight. If you drive a truck or an SUV, this might not be an issue for you. But if you have a smaller car, it’s something to keep in mind when planning your visit or considering a long-term stay, as you'll be navigating them frequently.
Additionally, the internal roads within the park are gravel. While this adds to the rustic, camping feel, it's worth noting that these **gravel roads can be challenging during winter months**, especially after snowfall, as they may not always be promptly maintained. This is a crucial consideration for those planning year-round stays, particularly if you rely on a smaller vehicle for transport within and outside the park. For many RVers, these are minor considerations, but for local residents who might be commuting daily or using standard cars, they are important points to remember.
---Lundeen's Landing offers a range of services designed to make your RV stay comfortable and convenient. Here’s a rundown of what you can expect:
Online Reservation System: Securing your spot is made easy with their online booking system. You can reserve your site with a credit card, as the park operates on a cashless and check-free basis for reservations.
Included Utilities: A significant advantage, especially for long-term residents, is that **all utilities are included in the rent**. This simplifies budgeting and ensures a hassle-free experience without worrying about separate bills for water, electricity, or other hookups.
Electric-Only Sites: For those who prefer a more basic setup or have self-contained RVs, electric-only sites are available, catering to different camping preferences.
Restroom and Shower Facilities: The park provides access to restrooms and showers located in a dedicated "blue building." While some campers prefer to use their own RV facilities, these are available for convenience if needed.
Flexible Stays: Lundeen's Landing appears to accommodate both short-term campers and those looking for a more extended stay, offering flexibility based on individual needs.
What makes Lundeen's Landing stand out for local RVers? Here are some of its key features and highlights:
Riverfront Camping: One of the biggest draws is the ability to camp right along the river. This offers picturesque views, a serene atmosphere, and potential opportunities for river-based activities, making it ideal for those who love water. This is especially appealing to Indiana residents looking for a peaceful escape close to home.
Friendly Owners: Several visitors have consistently praised the owners for being "super friendly." This personal touch can significantly enhance the camping experience, fostering a welcoming and helpful environment for all guests.
Clean Location: The park is noted for being a **clean place**. A well-maintained environment is crucial for any RV park, contributing to a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone.
Welcoming Community: The park cultivates a "friendly neighborhood" atmosphere. For those considering long-term stays, this sense of community can be invaluable, offering opportunities to connect with fellow RVers and enjoy a supportive environment.
Playground Area: For families, the presence of a **playground in the area** is a definite plus. It provides a safe and fun space for children to play, adding to the family-friendliness of the park.
Acceptance of Older RVs (with conditions): For individuals with older RVs, the park has shown flexibility. As one customer noted, they were told that as long as their RV was cleaned up, it would be acceptable. This open-mindedness can be a significant advantage for those who might otherwise struggle to find a park willing to accommodate their vehicle.
Based on the available information, specific, explicit promotions or special offers are not detailed. However, the inclusion of **all utilities in the rent** can be considered a significant ongoing value proposition, especially for long-term residents. This bundled pricing simplifies budgeting and can represent substantial savings compared to parks where utilities are billed separately. For those looking at extended stays, this "all-inclusive" aspect acts as a continuous financial benefit. It is always recommended to contact Lundeen's Landing directly to inquire about any current deals, seasonal rates, or potential discounts that might be available for new or returning guests.

Vincennes RV Park Reviews
Mistake correction...This is LUNDEENS LANDING, not Vincennes RV park.If you love camping right along the river, then this place is for you. Only thing is you secure a spot online with a credit card. No checks no cash. We camped in electric only site. bathroom & showers in blue building, we had no need for them. It's nothing fancy but it's perfect for us. Owners are super friendly. We hope to get back there again.
Jan 16, 2025 · MeTimes are getting tougher, and I got my hands on a relatively cheap rv. What's initially considering moving out to this area. They told me that so long as I clean my RV up, then I'm good to go. Everything was included in the rent, which also sounded nice, along with the park and everything else. Clean place too. Then I took some deliveries out there, as my job as a delivery driver. The large speed bumps right at the entrance, which are rather tall, was an immediate turn off. My grocery getter car scrapes if I have enough weight in the back seat going over those. That is ridiculous and should not be allowed. That is potentially destructive to smaller or lower sitting vehicles. I already think speed bumps are a lazy form of speed control, and potentially destructive, but those are way too tall, even for speed bump standards. Coming from Windy hill, where they have lousy roads and a speed bump at the top of the hill which isn't quite as tall as the ones at this park, I decided that having speed bumps at the entrance that I was going to have to hit with my car multiple times a day every day was a no-go for me. My partner has back problems, so I'm not doing that to her or my car again. There's other ways to keep speeders down. In the end, I just couldn't. I ended up selecting a place with similar rates (slightly cheaper actually), and not as good of a neighborhood, but slightly better maintained winter roads, and that doesn't punch my car suspension every time I enter or exit. If you drive a truck or suv, that may not be a problem to you. Your mileage May vary.Pros:- all utilities included in rent- playground in the area- clean location- friendly neighborhoodCons:- obnoxious speed bumps at entrance- gravel roads that are unmaintained in winter (my small car got stuck out there over a week after the last snowstorm)
Jan 19, 2025 · Robbie Ginder (ComputerNerdInside)Great place to stay, family owned, quiet, well maintained, super friendly owners, big sites, all new full hookups and most are pull throughs.Stayed at site 12 two months for work and would gladly go back.4 star rating is only because they didn’t have laundry or WiFi yet, but they are working on that in the future.
Jul 06, 2021 · Pete LabishNice well kept great owners
May 05, 2025 · John SpiresI stayed here for 3 months for a travel nurse contract I enjoyed my stay very much. The park is quite and clean and the long-term guest they have make it feel more like a neighborhood and "homey". The owner was quick to respond the day that I was looking for a place to stay because the place I had planned on staying was not what I had expected they got me in quickly and I'm very thankful for that, I think anybody would enjoy their stay here.
