Village Square Manufactured Housing Community Reviews
Absolutely love living here. My neighbors are so nice the management is extremely nice. It's been interesting watching the older trailers being torn down free entertainment. I highly recommend this park 👌
Oct 21, 2024 · Dawn BarkerI love our little mobile home community but there has been some things. It ended up taking almost two years for us to get a shed that was promised when we moved in. They tore down the house next door, with an excavator waking the whole neighborhood at 7am. They left glass, siding and insulation all over my yard. And even after 4 months it’s still there and coming back up from them trying to bury most of the trash. On top of that the gas meter to the house they tore down was leaking for a couple weeks after, and only was fixed when we noticed and called consumers.
Jul 24, 2024 · QwestionMCM Management has been making a mess of demolishing the homes. They leave glass, insulation, and trash and then burry it with a skidsteer. Then after several months it comes back up. They’ll leave glass in the road. They could care less about the mess they make but will come to your home when you’re not there and look through your belongings in your front yard. And then message to move it into shed. They need to fix the street lamps as well. But since someone cut the line, it hasn’t been done for almost two years. The management is now too focused on selling their bigger modular homes, nothing the residents actually want and need are getting done.
Aug 04, 2024 · Barry RewdI've visited about every other week for the last couple months and it's always been clean, peaceful and quiet.I only pick up or drop off someone, so I don't spend a lot of time there.
Mar 01, 2024 · Marina EThe NEW owners are doing a fantastic job upgrading the community. I Loved the NEW homes they showed me: the layouts and the upgrades were on point. The best part was the Affordable Prices and how easy it was to purchase using their purchase savings program.
