Village Park Introduce
Village Park, situated in the heart of Centralia, Washington, is a well-established manufactured housing community that primarily caters to the needs of residents aged 55 and older. As a senior mobile home park, it offers an attractive model for home ownership combined with affordable living, particularly for those looking to downsize or seeking a quiet community setting in Lewis County. With approximately 96 pads, this community provides a valuable option in the Centralia-Chehalis area housing market, allowing residents to own their home while leasing the land, which often translates to a significantly lower monthly cost compared to traditional single-family home mortgages.
The essence of life at Village Park is rooted in convenience and a focus on community activities. The park is designed to offer a comfortable, low-maintenance lifestyle, appealing to retirees and active seniors. While space rent, which covers the land lease, water, sewer, and garbage services, has historically increased, this model still remains competitive for individuals on a fixed income. Prospective residents should always confirm current space rent and park rules, particularly those concerning pet ownership, as community standards and tolerance for noise can change over time.
The community's location provides quick access to essential services and amenities, a crucial factor for senior living. By being situated close to Centralia’s main arteries, residents benefit from the small-town charm of the area while maintaining proximity to modern necessities. This blend of accessibility and community-focused living makes Village Park a compelling option for 55+ individuals looking to call Southwest Washington home.

Village Park Reviews
Lived here going on 6 years. Sad to watch the place decline like it has been. Space rent is increased yearly without fail. Mine alone has doubled since I moved here. A 55 year and older park should provide the lawn maintenance and there was never much disturbance or ruckus until the end of 2023 early 2024 when there were several new dogs moved in. They are loud and bark almost constantly. It feels more like a trailer park than a mobile home park
September 10 · Lawrence SkeieAside from claiming that multiple offers were on the table (yet it's still on the market? Weeks later?) we were shown the place and so they did do their job of showing the property.
April 30 · Freak ShowCute little 55+ mobile home park. My late Grandmother lived here for a few years before she recently passed. Quiet, close to lots of shopping, food, medical.
October 14 · Jeremy PainterSeems nice and quiet when I was there and kept up well. I have a relative that lives there and they like si I do too.
June 26 · Christopher SkeieMy new home. Lovely place and very professional and nice manager. I think this will be a welcoming home for me. It is well maintained and quiet.
