Too many homeless around.Cal-trans doesn't do much about it.Too much trash tossed around. Many people come from different places to throw trash there that they don't even belong there because they're not residents from there. The manager really doesn't do much. There used to be speed bumps for the children that Play outside, the elderly that live there, and for the handicap. But recently it all got taken away. It's just made that much worse. Too much speeding. I believe that someone already got ranned-over.The residents are good people, that's what makes this place okay overall.Changes would be nice.Like adding gates to enclose the lot.Mirrors for the exits for when driving people can see what's coming.Just more control of the place.Because it is a good community. - Norma Jimenez
