Valley View Mobile Court Introduce
For Oregonians seeking a reliable, affordable housing solution in the high-demand Tualatin Valley area, Valley View Mobile Court in Hillsboro presents a distinctive option. Located along the busy Tualatin Valley Highway corridor, this mobile home park provides a surprisingly quiet and stable residential environment for manufactured home owners. The community's appeal is strongly linked to its dedicated management and a conscious effort to keep lot rents reasonable compared to the general cost of living in Washington County.
The atmosphere at Valley View Mobile Court is defined by the leadership of its owner, Hilja, who is frequently praised by residents as "the best" and ensures the park maintains its peaceful nature. This hands-on management approach contributes directly to the community's primary feature: it is super quiet, a quality highly valued by residents seeking sanctuary from urban noise. The owner actively manages the environment to maintain this tranquility, which is a significant factor in making the park a desirable and stable place to live.
The park's commitment to providing affordable housing is evidenced by the fact that its rates are still reasonable compared to the surrounding area, especially given its central location in Hillsboro, a key city in the "Silicon Forest." However, the community has generated some controversy regarding its internal road design. Specifically, there are reports from visitors, including RV service providers, noting that the sheer number and design of the speed bumps are extreme, installed at frequent intervals and sometimes on a diagonal. While this is likely an aggressive measure taken to enforce the posted speed limit and protect the quiet atmosphere, it has been described as "abusive" to vehicle suspensions. Prospective residents and visitors should be aware that maneuvering the park requires extreme caution and patience due to these numerous, pronounced speed bumps, which are a defining feature of the park's infrastructure designed to maintain the low-speed, quiet environment.
The Location and Accessibility of Valley View Mobile Court are among its strongest selling points for Oregon residents. The park's address is 34265 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy House Office, Hillsboro, OR 97123, USA. This location places it directly on a major thoroughfare, the Tualatin Valley Highway (Highway 8), which is a key link between the communities of Hillsboro, Aloha, and Beaverton.
This central positioning in Hillsboro means residents have immediate and convenient access to the city’s extensive amenities. Major shopping centers, grocery stores, dining establishments, and recreational facilities are all easily reachable. The area is close to employment opportunities in Hillsboro’s technology sector, making it a viable home base for those working at companies like Intel and beyond.
For regional access, the park is well-connected to Highway 26 and other regional routes, allowing for reasonable commutes to the greater Portland metropolitan area. Public transit options, including TriMet bus lines that run along the Tualatin Valley Highway, provide essential links to the MAX Light Rail system in Hillsboro, facilitating car-free travel into Portland. The proximity to the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge and numerous local parks offers ample opportunities for outdoor activities, which Oregonians cherish.
In terms of internal accessibility, the community is confirmed to have a Wheelchair accessible parking lot, which is an important feature for accommodating all residents and visitors with mobility needs. The park is designed to offer individual manufactured home sites with on-site parking for residents.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Best place ever. Hilja is the owner ans shes the best. Her rates are stil reasonable compared to the surrounding area and the park is super quiet. She makes sure of that. July 09 · Kevin Herman
- At your door RV service is one of the highest reviewed mobile RV repair services serving this RV park and we refuse to accept any more customers In this park because the speed bumps are abusive. They're every 30 ft and my Sprinter van loses parts off the shelves every time I drive in and out of the park. So if you want service from us you're going to have to be at a different park.No Your speed bumps are insane. Most of them are double speed bumps and they're installed at a diagonal that rocks the vehicle back and forth violently. Your posted 10 mph speed limit but if you go more than one mile per hour over these speed bumps it throws everything in the vehicle This is way way beyond safety concern. This is abusive. February 13 · Tuck Putnam
- It is ok. Just dropping off a friend. I'm sure this has come up b4, those speed bumps r really bad. Even going 1 mile an hour it is has on the suspension. I don't have an old car either March 04 · Marion Bishop
- Management stalks people. Some people have several vehicles and for 10 bucks management will let them park in front of your place. Speed bumps are huge in some places and abit much on installing them so close by the old management. Blow out your struts at your own risk if you dare to venture. GLHF. The management will follow you and harass you and take pictures of you if your visiting someone. Their all fruitcakes and they talked a mentally ill woman woman out of a beautiful home. Valued at 18K. Took it for 1500. That would be shameful but cut throats don't feel anything like heroin addicts. July 03 · Brian Latimer
- Live here. It's got some god qualities, but not many. Management doesn't do anything about noisy neighbors. Can't do much without written permission. Even putting up a pretty made shed. Ridicules rent rates. May 14 · Stevon Nice
