The absolute worst place to rent! The reviews claiming the manager does whatever she wants is spot on. Every year for the few years I lived there the rent would get raised $10-$25. Manager claims "neighbors" complain about things that really make no sense until she basically evicts you wo an actual reason. She also loses the paid rent until you go with proof then she'll magically find it among other concerning issues. The water meters are connected and she charges whatever she sees fit. When I pointed out that the meter had only moved a little since I wasn't home for 2 weeks to use she said the meter was broken but that's the water I had consumed...... Don't waste your time or money living there. People are leaving for a reason - Vicky G
