Valencia Family Mobile Home Pk Reviews
Poor management can't get a hold of the owner when the manager says you have to take it up with the owner.New owners and management are worse than the last ones. They don't do anything to the woman going around video taping other people's property all over the park and acts like a tattle tail baby to the managers oh you need to see this there in someone else's yard talking to the neighbors or omg look they have a stray cat in their yard that means it's theirs so we better tell on them. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend anyone renting or buying anything in here.
May 06, 2022 · Nancy BarlaugWe moved here from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and made several contacts with mobile home parks within Florida to look for a new home for our family. Marnay, at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful and kind to us. She confirmed my background check details, which I have background issues, and was very considerate about listening to my side of the story and, with great effort, allowed us to move in to the park. Once we arrived she was absolutely wonderful and made herself immediately available to make our move across the country to our new home as comfortable as possible. We have had no issues at all in the park, and they have made their rules clear which are absolutely fair to families and company. The park itself is beautiful and very rural. A nice place to raise kids and families. The park is pet friendly also, which is great because I have two dogs and a rabbit. I definitely do not regret our choice of home, and choice of park to move to. Absolutely would recommend, and if you ever need anything, even help with rent/payments, Marnay is absolutely there to help!
Aug 18, 2020 · seanIf I could give this park 0 stars that would suit it best. Absolutely disappointed with the park. Roads are in really bad shape, the condition of some of the homes in the park although with live in tenants should be condemned, the trash just stacks up high with no alternate disposal area and the smell of sewer is constant. Although the policy states no big pets allowed that's not the case, you will find your night to be disturbed by continuous dog barking. To make it worst the park manager/not owner is no help. She will take your complaint and do nothing but turn around and gossip to other tenants. I think there might be fraud being committed at this property. That last remark is based on a personal situation but there might be others who agree. My mother is an actual owner in this park and although I don't live in I still listed myself as a tenant which never gave me any rights nor made a difference with my findings presented to the manager.**STAY AWAY** DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE
Jan 04, 2016 · ED LANCASTERMy son lives here , my vehicle broke down near his place , so naturally I had my vehicle towed over until I can get it running , the landlord is claiming I can't keep it there and that he will have it towed off my son's lot if I don't move it , what a joke most of the units are run down , my vehicle is very nice looking and they are trying to charge money for my jeep being there , my attorney with John Morgan's office are looking into the matter , in the mean time I'm having my vehicle moved on Monday, other than ridiculous regulation the park is very conveniently located near schools and shopping . But most of the units have trash outside and I've seen meth addicts walking around .
Sep 16, 2023 · Organised ConfusionThe "management" claimed to have not got my money order, which I delivered on time and as directed. Park office called my phone angry about my letter explaining I already paid the months rent, suggesting they check there records to my money order receipt after I received a 3 day eviction notice. After waiting at the office for an hour the next morning they show up to say I need to call Western Union and get copy's of where my money order was cashed for proof. They took copy's of my money order receipt while I mailed off 30$ to western Union to get photocopies of where my money orders were deposited ( vmhp suggested someone broke into office and changed the money orders) 🤯Only thing that saved me was keeping my money order receipt otherwise they would have never even checked their own deposit records and proceeded to TRY and evict me after 3 years of my 10 year rent to own lease...It is a shame because park is in a good location and has decent homes but the management has only ever got worse for 3 years, this isn't the first case of lost payments. Plz get new management
