They refused to let me pay lot rent after my non renewal went into effect. They are attempting to claim my trailer as abandoned through small claims court. I paid my rent a week early every month and have the rent receipts to prove it. They attempted to fine me for having a child’s scooter, trike, and 2 ft tall slide in my yard.
