VA Norfolk Mobile Home Community Reviews
Used to be an OK place, new management has it all messed up. The price goes up the potholes get deeper. They make it impossible for their current tenants to pay rent on time by launching a new payment program that never works. Overcharge on rent overcharge on water overcharge on all of it. Everything goes up quality goes way down. I’m not even sure anybody works in the office anymore. What I encountered today was office staff then that’s a really really sad thing. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional service with zero knowledge pertaining to her job whatsoever. None of my questions were answered. None of my problems were solved And none of it. She even cared to try. . I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and keep on moving.
Jun 10, 2025 · gerdie pieThe new management went up the price but didn’t make anything better. Snow was coming and no salt was being spread out. Even after the snow, no one calls anyone to shove all the snow away on the road. There is no way that you can reach to the manager or the owner. Money hungry people and irresponsible.
Feb 20, 2025 · Tiii HiiI feel safe here, & that management is on top of its game. No hesitancy about recommending this oark to others.
May 08, 2025 · Carol WessmanThis place has become so much better over the post couple months. The new property manager has really started to steer this place in the right direction.
