I've lived here for 10+ years and have liked how the community is kind, helpful, and private. There is a well mixed community of young families and retired elderly people. The community is getting better as time goes on as a tight knot community. we try to keep the "riff raff" out to make it safe for the kids. It's in a good school district as well. Can't complain about living here.

It's nice to live in the individuality having a trailer home while it being located in what feels like an actual neighborhood, rather than a trailer park. It is a clean and quiet atmosphere. The office staff always answer calls/emails promptly. They care about the community environment as well as maintenance repairs in homes or the community. They are improving on a lot of things and just recently paved a new road throughout. We were lucky to rent a beautiful brand new trailer, without any rent increases during these 2 years, at a great price considering the cost of everything in the market right now. We were very fortunate to call this place home for 2 years. It's bittersweet to be moving out soon. Thank you for everything.
