We just moved in and couldn't be happier! Jackie the park manager, along with the maintenance guys, Mark and James have been absolutely amazing! Anything and everything that we have needed help with over here has been tended to super fast! Not only are they on top of things, they are also very friendly. Great personalities 🤗

We had never lived in a mobile home before moving here over a year ago. We bought our mobile home from a private party selling in the community. We love it here! So much better than an apt or condo with people right on top of you. The pool has been majorly updated and is always clean. There are volunteer pool monitors to help keep people out that dont belong here and cause trouble.We really appreciate that. The playground is a little run down but my grandkids still like it. Have not used the volleyball, basketball or baseball areas. A clubhouse area is also available to rent for gatherings.Management does a good job of keeping the place clean and making owners keep their grass mowed etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Tropicana to anyone. Country living but close to everything you need!

The property manager Jackie White is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. She likes to play favorites in the park and make up rules as she goes regardless of what the lease says. She’s always knit picky about the homeowners she doesn’t like and will make sure that she pushes all your buttons and make you feel worthless. She’s vile, and ignorant and will make your life in Tropicana a living hell, and way more complicated than it needs to be. She likes to charge extra for things that don’t matter or don’t exist, she messes up payments almost EVERYTIME I pay her, and she never updates ANYTHING in the portal and then proceeds to give straight attitude when called out. She will interrupt you whilst you’re talking to her just so she can have the last word. The list goes on. As a home owner in this park, I don’t recommend to anyone and I will be so happy when we’re able to leave.

Be aware before you live in Tropicana Mobil Home Park, there are people with a police record who live there. Just recently a man who lives there put an animal trap in his yard, and a dogs leg was in the trap. He also had an open bowl of anti freeze in is yard. He killed a neighbors cat with a hammer to the head, then took the dead cat miles away and dumped the dead cat. He was caught because a neighbor found the cat that he killed and threw it out of his car widow. That cat belonged to my 6 year old granddaughter. The prosecutor is charging him with the laws he didn’t think applied to him. Is this the place where you want your family to live? I sure don’t.

If you are looking for a place to buy this is not the place. They tell you they are selling you your forever home but that is NOT YHE CASE WHAT SO EVER. They tell you that you are a home owner and this is a 30 year mortgage and what not. Little do you know when you sign those papers it's all a lie. They ask for a huge down payment about 6 grand and a deposit for the lot. Not only that they tell you one price for lot rent and then when you go in to sign they are like by the way lot rent will be going up another 80 ( mind you I was a single mom of 3) and then drop in your lap you signed a paper that says you cannot have any of your down payment back so at that point your stuck and can't back out because all your.money is invested. Sothen you go through with it. You finally move in and you have issues with the home and you let the property manager (Jackie White)know of these things and she starts screaming at you and be littling you like everything you say or do wrong. Then she acts like you are not supposed to work and be readily available at any given minute or she (Jackie White) can enter your home with your children home alone( video proof) from neighbors around. Then later down the line your child has some things they ar3 dealing with and their doctor files for a emotional support animal for them. Everything was OK then the esa gets out the door by them self and she sends you a email( Jackie White) telling me this is a violation and that all animals need to be on a leash and asks what breed it is and to provide all papers with in 7 days. So you do so in less then 24 hours for her to come back and tell you these are fraudulent papers(Jackie White) mind u less the 2 mins that email came back. So we all know nothing was verified.Then Jackie White again sends email with 7 days asking for the correct paper work or to remove the dog. Mind you there's medical notes for my esa. She then tells me the dog needs to go and you reply with I sent you the correct paperwork and you get a email back from her telling you that you in fact did NOT and that she will be taking care of the situation. So a month goes by while I'm at work she shows up (Jackie White) and have on video of her looking through our front door and drops a 30 day notice to vacate onyou buy hands to the child that's going through everything and needs the esa. Then a minth later papers are dropped at my door from the courts for a unlawfully eviction. You go to court thinking you can fight it get turned over to a trial and fins a lawyer for your lawyer to tell you they sold it to you as a rent to own and you have no equity and you are out 20 grand. Needless to say this whole place is a scam! Do not WALK RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. I FEEL FOR ANYONE ELSE IN THAT PARK THAT IS BEING BULLIED BY JACKIE WHITE BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT HERSELF!!!! SHE WILL ALSO TELL OTHER PEIPLE BUISNESS TO YOU WHILE YOUR IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING. TOLD ME THE NES NEIGHBORS I WAS GETTING HAD A 10 THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT AND THEN TUURNED AROUND AND HIRED HIM AS A MAINTENANCE GUY. ALSO THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY EITHER!!! If you are victim please seek help and do not let them Win!!!!
