Tropical Waters RV Park benefits from a unique and appealing location at 15175 Stringfellow Rd, Bokeelia, FL 33922, USA. Situated on Pine Island, Southwest Florida's largest barrier island, the park offers a distinct Old Florida charm, far removed from the bustling mainland. Stringfellow Road, the main artery of Pine Island, provides straightforward access to the park. While Bokeelia itself offers a quiet, relaxed pace, the island's connectivity ensures that residents are not entirely isolated. Pine Island is just a 30-minute drive west of Fort Myers, providing access to larger city amenities, shopping, dining, and healthcare facilities. Boating, fishing, and kayaking take center stage here, with numerous marinas and boat ramps easily accessible from the park. While there are no direct beaches on Pine Island itself due to its mangrove coastline, unspoiled white-sand beaches on nearby islands like Cayo Costa are just a ferry or boat ride away, offering an idyllic escape. The unique geographical position of Tropical Waters RV Park provides a tranquil retreat while remaining within a reasonable distance of essential services and regional attractions, making it a compelling choice for those who value both peace and accessibility to the best of Southwest Florida's natural offerings.

Tropical Waters Reviews
I’ve been living here in this park for 3 years and have had 2 price increases. Every year I have problems with electricity and I keep getting told that I’m using more than 50 amps but the problem is the power poles between me and my neighbors. The hurricanes and the salty water fried the cables. We had a power surge today that ruined my new air conditioner. No air or electricity is unacceptable! I will be contacting an attorney! Please don’t rent or stay here.

Apr 23, 2025 · Troy BakerI highly recommend this park for a few key reasons:Location - it is in paradise and it is off the beaten pathManagement - they make you feel safe and are interactive with the park. Debbie, Julie and Catherine are super and will help you when you need it. They also make sure things are running as they should.Clientele - the people in this park are amazing. Many are very friendly, nice and good people. I found many people who would listen, talk and help me with some things I was dealing with. I made some lifelong friends here and I do want to stay here again in the future. Great job all :)
Jun 20, 2024 · Joe Funair Jr.Excellent rv park in beautiful Bokeelia florida. Charming pool, hot tub, pool room & clubhouse.
Mar 05, 2025 · John FiordirosaI would love to leave a good review, but I see that Tina is no longer in charge! When she was everything seem to be great! Handled with such professional knowledge and she and the staff members were pleasant with everyone, including myself! Except for the maintenance guy, he is not a friendly person, and seems like he just drives around looking like he is doing something. But to let you all know, it seems to be a mistake that the owners would even consider to let such a good person and good management of the park, go!! Tina shouldn't have been fired! Shame on the Owners!!!
