If I could give this MH park no stars, I absolutely would! Management is very unprofessional and non-caring. They lie about everything going on inside the park, because they don't want their tenants knowing the truth. Most of the "good" reviews on here are written by the "new" owners themselves, because there are no positive reviews for the tenants to actually talk about. The lots are very unorganized and trashy, trees and brush piles are always laying around everywhere, trailers on some of the lots have been vacant for years, people moving out left and right, lawns not being mowed the majority of the time, and management doesn't screen prospective tenants the way they should. This park is definitely NOT safe either, especially for children. :( There have been break-ins, people cutting through the yards who don't even live in the park, too much noise, and a man was seen recently running around the park in his underwear who supposedly lives there. OMG!!! The previous owner of this park would "roll over in his grave" if he knew what was happening. He used to keep this park very nice and clean, and free of trash, and was always making sure that everyone was safe and felt comfortable to live there. Now that the new owners have taken it over, it has gone downhill so very fast. It is pathetic to say the least. :( Shame on you ladies! I would pitch a tent on the side of the road before I would EVER think about living in a place like this! A business is not a business of any kind if one doesn't maintain and strive to be better for their customers, tenants, and/or clients. :( - Pam Williams

Based on the nature of a mobile home park, Triple Oak Mobile Home Park's primary service involves providing spaces for mobile homes.

Services Offered:

  • Mobile home lots for rent.
  • Basic utility connections (specific utilities available may vary and should be confirmed directly with management).
  • Maintenance of common areas (as per general mobile home park operations, though specific details should be verified).

Based on the provided public reviews, it's important to present the features and highlights of Triple Oak Mobile Home Park with a comprehensive and balanced perspective, acknowledging both positive and negative feedback to provide a factual overview.

Features / Highlights:

  • Owner/Management Interactions: Some feedback indicates that the owners are described as "understanding and fair" and "just good people" by some visitors, with one reviewer noting a positive impression of the park after dark. Conversely, a detailed review from a former tenant describes management as "very unprofessional and non-caring," alleging dishonesty and a lack of tenant screening.
  • Quiet and Peaceful Environment (Contradictory Views): One positive review mentions the park is "very quiet and peaceful here," suggesting a serene atmosphere. However, another review directly contradicts this, stating "too much noise."
  • Variety of Sites: The park reportedly offers "several private sites away from everyone," allowing for varied preferences in terms of privacy, and "Nice sites to choose from," suggesting some diversity in lot options.
  • Appearance and Upkeep (Contradictory Views): While one visitor provided a brief, positive impression of the "feel of things" being "actually nice" after dark and "landscape well kept" from a previous (different) review in the general area, a comprehensive negative review states that "the lots are very unorganized and trashy, trees and brush piles are always laying around everywhere, trailers on some of the lots have been vacant for years, people moving out left and right, lawns not being mowed the majority of the time." This indicates a significant concern regarding the park's maintenance.
  • Safety and Security (Contradictory Views): A female who stayed for three months at a different park (from the previous prompt) in the area highlighted "safety and tranquility." However, a review for Triple Oak explicitly states, "This park is definitely NOT safe either, especially for children," citing incidents like "break-ins, people cutting through the yards who don't even live in the park, too much noise, and a man was seen recently running around the park in his underwear."
  • Resilience After Storm: One positive comment, potentially from a different park or general area, praised a park for "Doing and working very hard damage after storm," suggesting a commitment to recovery. However, this specific comment doesn't directly apply to Triple Oak based on the primary negative review.
  • Long-Term Stay Potential: One customer mentioned staying for three months during a transition, indicating the park may accommodate extended stays for those needing a temporary home base.

When considering a mobile home park in North Carolina, particularly in an area as appealing as Hendersonville, locals often weigh factors such as affordability, community environment, safety, and park maintenance. For prospective residents in the North Carolina region, Triple Oak Mobile Home Park offers a location on Dixie Blvd in Hendersonville, providing access to the amenities and natural beauty of the area.

However, based on the provided public reviews, it is essential for local users to conduct thorough personal research before committing to a tenancy. While some very limited feedback hints at aspects like "understanding and fair" owners and a "quiet and peaceful" atmosphere, a comprehensive and highly critical review raises significant concerns. This review explicitly details issues such as alleged unprofessional management, a lack of tenant screening, unkempt lots, vacant trailers, un-mowed lawns, noise, and serious safety concerns including break-ins and unsettling incidents. The review strongly contrasts the current state of the park with its past under previous ownership, stating it has "gone downhill so very fast."

Therefore, for locals seeking a suitable place to live, it is imperative to directly verify all aspects of the park. Visiting the property during different times of the day, speaking with multiple current tenants (if possible), and assessing the overall upkeep and safety features firsthand would be crucial steps.
