Quiet, clean and the most expensive homeownership on the coast. For a mobile home Park. They have people that follow you that claim they are security and tell you that your not allowed to be outside without the owner present. I wonder if people walk all of their guest out to their car. I wouldn't ever want to live in a place that lies and harasses people about fake rules so they feel superior. But I'm sure some people need them and want them. I understand that they don't want bad things happening. But chill out on the harassment. They are good for setting rules that don't apply to themselves.They are bullies, and will make you feel terrible if you need something from them. Like your inconveniencing them. They will bully you until you do what they want. It's the truth, and they need to fix their politics in this park. I'm sure someone in the HOA is doing bad business with the actual management. It's just strange the things that happen here. I'm only an outsider watching these people get taken advantage of. Just be aware. - Dog Life
