Mar 14, 2025 · Amanda GilliladI’ve lived here for over 20 years and the place has gone downhill considerably. Management is a joke the owners are even worse. Rent just went up $35 no improvements. here’s one for you we just had that big snowstorm they literally were plowing The roads with a backhoe and/or a little green tractor, only did one side. Because the truck has been broken down since last year and the owner hasn’t fixed it yet , yay for us.
Dec 20, 2022 · David SpencerNot a place to live if ur a private person. Staff is extremely unprofessional and a bit childish. A manager should"Manage" the park and set personal feelings aside. Whatever information this "manager" receives always seems to find it's way to just about every tenant in Town and Country Estates. I've been here for 3 years and seen Nothing improve and yet my lot rent has been increased 4 or 5 times now. Started out at $235.00 and is now $295.00. Now if u don't mind buying bottled water to drink then by gosh this is the place for u. Still haven't gotten a straight answer but the water is unsafe to consume and get this we're gonna start having to pay for it. All in all out of 5 stars I'd give this place a -2 (Negative two)!
