The Oaks at Panama Park Manufactured Housing community Reviews
This use to be a great park. Was taken care of. Now trash is over run. Nobody cares. The two maintenance men try their best but there aren’t enough dumpsters. The two that are here are so close together you can barely get things in them. The roll off dumpster, right outside my porch, is horrible!! Maggots and flies make it nearly impossible to sit outside. If you can live anywhere else, do it!!! I use to love it here but now it’s like I’m the only one that cares about this community. The employees sure don’t!!PLEASE answer the phone!!! Please clean out your phone mailbox so we can leave messages!!
Jul 03, 2025 · Lynell SmithWhen I moved in almost 2 years ago the park was in turmoil. Since Rebecca has taken over managing the park everything has changed. It feels like a community now, and it is quite welcoming.Well Rebecca is no longer here, the new manager just quit, so here we go again. This place has not been able to maintain a property manager for more than 6 months! Let's see if this manager can find a serial number for my home. Will be my fourth request.
Mar 29, 2025 · Nadine BreakironRachel is such a lively, bubbly, hardworking lady. She goes over and beyond to make sure her tenants are good. She wants to make everyone comfortable and make sure we are good. She responds at a timely manner. Really nice lady
Aug 28, 2024 · april mooreWe had put in our application for Oaks at Panama Park I was very nervous about our credit check because we had a bad 7 years. There are different managers at Panama Park. Well we totally lucked out with the manager that was assigned to us. REBECCA did everything possible for us to get approved. From the first time I met her I knew we were in excellent hands! She is very compassionate, caring and strives to make sure that you get what you want. Her work ethic is unbelievable. I truly think that she is the same way out side of work. That is just who Rebecca is! I am looking forward to have here as a manager. I have never had a Manager like Rebecca. We had a instant connection. Panama Park, you are so lucky to have a manager like Rebecca. She saw us through the whole process. You are the best!
