I have been here for 5 years and the only thing is that there is a lot of staff turnover, which indicates that they do not have good management. The common areas could be better, like the mail room, for example. But I have never had a problem, and neither has my mother who lives here too.

They take no responsibility of there property and the conditions they let elderly people live in. The properly manager Jennifer zinn-Sheldon is a joke. I will be reporting them to the city as well.
