Situated strategically near the renowned Potholes Reservoir, the park offers a convenient base for accessing the natural beauty and recreational activities of the Columbia Basin.
The park is highly regarded by its long-term guests for its peaceful environment. This is a factor to carefully consider when comparing The Last Resort to other Washington RV parks.
The Last Resort RV Park is strategically located near the intersection of major roads, though it benefits from being tucked away enough to minimize road noise. The physical address is: **6996 WA-262, Othello, WA 99344, USA**.
The location is exceptional for outdoor enthusiasts, as it is situated very close to the vast **Potholes State Park** and the expansive **Potholes Reservoir**. This area is a prime destination in Washington State for fishing, boating, and wildlife observation, including the nearby **Columbia National Wildlife Refuge**. The park is located about 13 miles west of the town of Othello, and its accessibility from major routes like I-90 via WA-17 and WA-262 makes it straightforward for travelers coming from all directions in Washington.
The park offers necessary accessibility features, including a **Wheelchair accessible parking lot**, demonstrating a commitment to accommodating all travelers. Furthermore, the provision of **On-site parking** ensures convenience for both RVs and associated vehicles.

- **Laundry Facilities:** Convenient **Laundry nearby** (often mentioned as within the park) is available, which is necessary for extended stays.
- **Restroom and Shower Facilities:** **Restrooms** are available, but guests should note the crucial policy: **Showers are pay-per-use** at approximately **$5.00 for an 8-minute duration**. Choosing **The Last Resort RV Park** is most worthwhile for Washington residents and travelers who need a **quiet, stable, and long-term full hookup site** in the Othello/Potholes area. If you are a traveling professional or need a low-noise environment for remote work, the park's reputation for minimal road noise and **respectful full-time residents** makes it an excellent choice. The **wonderful owner and managers** further ensure a well-run community.
However, short-term travelers accustomed to all-inclusive fees must carefully weigh the cost of the **pay-per-use shower system** ($5.00 for 8 minutes) against the nightly rate, as this is a notable departure from many campgrounds in the region. For long-term guests with self-contained RVs, this may be less of an issue. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We needed a quiet place for a few months while hubby was working in the area. I was able to work remotely without any road noise. Quiet full-time residents were respectful of those who worked night shifts. The owner and managers are wonderful. There are 3 Park model cabins to rent as well. Upgraded WiFi. Laundry nearby.
January 05 · Marie MattesonOk, I’ve never been to an RV park that charges you to take a shower. It’s $5.00 to shower AND you only get 8 minutes. Everyone at the park was upset. Plus there’s only one toilet in each bathroom. The price is good but add $10 a night if you both shower and that’s minimum. If you like to enjoy a shower then you are in trouble.
September 29 · Rachael MurphyA great location in between the state park and boat launch on the lake reservoir. Just 15 spots with 3 brand new park models if you don’t have your own trailer. You can reserve a spot or park model on air bnb website or call the owners office.
October 19 · Joe RobertsonGood Prices to stay, the spaces have room. I dont like to open my RV door and be right on top of my neighbor. These spaces all have nice grass areas and the full time residents are friendly.
October 02 · Justin BurkholderVery nice RV park. Quiet and serene. The view was great and the park manager, Mark, was very kind! Thank you...I can't wait to come back again!
