The Lakes Reviews
NEW property manager is very unprofessional. Doesn't have the ability to communicate with out blowing up on people. Also says one thing and does another. Family has lived in the community for 10+ years. The Owners should seriously consider their property manager options going forward! Or they just dont care anymore so sad😞. keep that in mind if you plan on moving in.
Aug 10, 2018 · Aaron AWe lived here in 2005 - 2008 and moved out only because we wanted more land . We lived on South Branch , but we are back and now live on TWIN Lakes up against the trail. Alot has changed since Dave owned it,it was better kept upped but it's still a nice place to live
Jun 08, 2023 · Lorna EWe sold our big home about a year and half ago and moved to The Lakes. Absolutely love it here. We have awesome neighbors. Our open concept home has more than enough living space for the two of us and occasional family visiting. Pool, kids play area. walking trail, lots of wildlife to entertain us! Sitting on the back porch watching the water, swans and ducks. Life is good. Management makes everyone stick to the rules within reason in order to maintain the quiet peaceful beauty of the park. Dave and his whole crew have been very kind to us. Wish we had made the move years ago.
Mar 13, 2018 · Rita LaneBest community too live in never thought I would love my neighbors so much. What brought me here was the size of the houses and how the community looked. But now with its new section it looks cheap. Wish the new owners had a better eyesight for the project.
