I've lived here for over 20yrs and it's gotten so bad it makes me physically ill at this point. They use to manage parking now there's commercial vehicles parked on streets in front of homes not there own with junk on them and nothing is done horrible. I'll be leaveing as soon as I can sell and get the hell out.

The manager now, Arabella, is a good manager. She follows the rules and she does make decisions fairly. The community itself is one of the best ones here in the Thornton area.

Knowing you have 2 disabled kids own your property meaning you are not going no were it's like living in an apartment building but even worse they will send you notice after notice to improve your property. But will not pick up the phone to answer your concerns or questions management is a joke..you will regret it save and buy a house at least when it's paid off it's your they look for the quickest way to take your home from you..
