I like living here. I think management has made great efforts to make the park nice. Laundry room and pool are always clean. Street lights are being put in and there has always been good communication when there’s construction or sdg&e has to do something. Azaleah does fun contests during the holidays, sends out monthly emails and has always been responsive to me when I have questions/concerns. I love this small community, it’s very affordable and I have recommended to plenty of my family & friends.

They spitefully pick and choose who to bother and which of their nonsensical rules to enforce. Necessary park upgrades are made very rarely and the park has repurposed former common areas instead to add additional units.I can guarantee that any positive reviews here are not actually from current tenants.

Some are modernizing by getting two lots, combine for larger double wides. You can feel their pride in a polite drive through......

They are installing a new electric infrastructure, electric boxes and meters, new community room remodel and new pool. There are now 12 new double wide mobile homes ready to be installed. It's a great family park fairly close to the beach, shopping, Transit Center and restaurants.
