Tejas Valley RV Park Reviews
The pool was not open when we were there, due to maintenance problems. There are small cottages in the back and they are all run down with shingles missing and shades on the window broken. It gives the park a shabby appearance. The manager was very friendly. I used the clubhouse room to practice my flute and had privacy for that. The laundry area seems nice.
Apr 03, 2025 · Shirley BustosThe new management came out and talked to me about my EX HUSBAND about how HIM breaking their 5mph rule would affect MY LIVING space. Unacceptable. I have had no problems living here. Old management wasn’t perfect but they cared a lot.Edit to respond to business: it would be more appropriate to say that visiting violations would result in having to park at the office and have to walk down… as opposed to threatening the people who you are literally doing business with. I am a long term resident here and it is absolutely misogynistic to say that my lease will be affected by someone else’s (my ex husband) actions. That makes me feel threatened and not at all happy to have my kids and family here.Edit again: They issued an eviction notice even though I spoke with my ex husband about him breaking the rules. They could have issued a trespassing notice or even called the police to report him speeding… but instead what to not do business with me.I can’t help but wonder what’s actually going on here because it seems like several people have been mysteriously evicted and their possessions taken. Stay away unless you want to risk losing your property!I have given them several advices on how to improve their business ~ suggesting a house warming gift (chips & queso) and adding the domestic violence, human trafficking, and suicide hotline numbers in their bathrooms.I am prepared to sue for discrimination even though I know it’s not the owners fault but the management.Just be careful especially if you are trying to rebuild your life here. For the record, my ex husband exploited me as a child, and I was coerced into a marriage with him. It’s not right to be kicked out for something I didn’t do.Now they are saying I’m speeding. They have no speed limit & I have only had one ticket in my life, when I was 19 which was 8 years ago.I understand they don’t want to be part of “my drama” but it isn’t drama, I am a victim of crime and they want to play games with me… pretending to care about hospitality but really only caring about their own personal gain.Even the neighbors have noticed the odd behavior of my ex husband. Yet I’m punished for it.
May 10, 2025 · Emilee HarperAll I could hope for. New people in the office are Shelly and Greg. They are great. On top of everything & quick. Good place and people. Glad I stayed and will be back.
Jun 01, 2025 · Jessica JamesNice small quiet park. The clubhouse was a nice break from the heat and my Grandkids had a ball learning to play fuseball. This will be our goto spot when visiting my daughter.
Jun 17, 2025 · michele kingLooked like it needs a reno & some beautifying to be done. When we pulled up, there was a woman with a bat in her hand standing in front of a man & from the looks of it, she was telling him something pretty strongly. We drive around the smaller rv site & it just ok. Glad we chose to keep looking at other sites.
