The old timer is royal and a hoot, has listened to my requests, has incorporated staff to resolve issues, a few completed slower than others, but I get it...i find my pad in the park clean, quiet, and have yet to meet anyone out of bounds..plus the cop patrol is readily passing and parking out front from time to time😀

Some kids and teens that don't seem to cause trouble, but the biggest problem I've had is neighbors and their guests backing into my home or vehicle. Owner isn't helpful. They have "strict rules" for lawn maintenance and poop pickup...but no one really cares. People pile their garbage up at the entrance. When I moved in, water heater closet was sealed shut and turned off. I had to rip the dry wall down to turn it on. Maintenance guys piled up their cigarette butts inside and outside my home. They painted around things instead of removing first. Piled cheap flooring on top of rotten floor instead of removing. Tried to gyp me out of an air conditioner that was broken when I moved in. Lot rent went up even though my lease terms were still on effect. My closest neighbors are good people, and it's mostly quiet.
