She was very sweet and directed us to the office, she gave me tons of information and considered our needs not just trying to sell a lot or trailer. The park is Beautiful, quiet and clean. It's close to the highway so you do hear the noises of the cars but it's not a deal breaker for such a nice place. The parks looked well kept and safe. I can't say anything yet as far as what it's like to live here but from the outside in things look nice and comfortable.

At the last moment they got me in a forcloser and made me sign with no warranty .. Air conditioner doesn't work nor heater doesn't work and I don't even have a sidewalk to the front or back door.I the office told me you bought it as is and if I want a sidewalk I can pay for it myself.big dissapointment !Had some company come and I thought they fixed it but the A coil froze up again. No Brace didn't fix it.
