Sunnyside MHC Introduce
For many residents of Michigan, particularly those in the scenic Upper Peninsula (UP), finding a comfortable, peaceful, and truly affordable living situation can be a challenge. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dana's attitude makes this place hard to deal with. She is extremely rude and negative about others. She called my business being over the top disrespectful to my young receptionist, which i listened in on and did not think anything said warranted this behavior. To represent a business and act the way she did is very disheartening. This place desperately needs someone who actually knows how to lead. Until then, a genuine shift in Dana’s attitude could make a world of difference.
August 04 · JessieI lived in this community for about 2 years. Compared to many manufactured home communities I've visited, including where I live now, Sunnyside was amazing. The lots are comparatively large, and most of the homes are in good condition. The people who lived on all sides of me were friendly, helpful, and quiet. I've never had a problem with the management and found Dana's direct communication style to be helpful when I had questions or issues. The lot rent is less expensive than most places in the country, and I never had any issues with service. I loved living here and would have remained if not for the long winters. Thank you, Dana and all of my former neighbors, for helping me have a great experience in a home and community I loved.
July 18 · Gretchen HirzelExpensive lot rent, garbage at the fence line, rude management when it comes to dealing with "neighbors." Dana refuses to allow anyone with an issue to contact the owner. Still some dumpy trailers. The worst one is right near the start of the park and should be condemned
October 01 · Robert MatchettI lived here most my life and loved it. Not to far from the school. Idk if anything has changed in the course of about 1year and a half. My cat went missing tho. Again this is from about 2020-2021. I moved but I still miss this place The park lady was nice and always let us warm up in the winter by sometimes giving us hit coco when we all waited for the bus.
April 18 · Hailey KohtalaMy daughter used to take dance lessons many years ago in the community room. The park started to go downhill a while ago, but as I've driven through recently, and attended a gathering there, the park is improving under the new management. The office staff works pretty hard and it is obvious they do the best they can to make the park more "community oriented" than it had been. Keep up the excellent work!
