★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The management here is extremely rude (mary). Now she sends her workers to cut grass that doesn't need it and wants to charge 75.00. I wish she would take me to court!! The water bill is ridiculous $335.39 for 3 months. She thinks that by bullying people she will continue to get her way. If you want to be harassed this is the place for you!
April 30 · Lorraine MicheoI recently moved here, and the amount of letters you get is insane. I own my trailer and barely have a yard, was here not even a month before the raised the lot rent, just because they could. The lots posted online are more that wat is listed. Was listed for 400, was told 425, and now I pay 460. (They raise rent again and now it is $495 I have been year in a couple month.) I hope you have a good chunk saved before considering moving here. Between the demands asked of you and the dead lines given its going to cost a pretty penny. It is quite over all and the pool is nice when you don't have central ac but that's pretty much it.

July 04 · Tony CarrilloSuper expensive to live here. Lot rent is crazy high. And the water bill includes all the water costs for the pool!
June 30 · B JohnsonParents do not leave your children out of your sight, the maintenance man Joe has extreme anger issues . Mary the landlord told a resident, no more Latinos.
