Kids used to be able to go to the pool on Wednesdays, all the ice cream socials and the pancake breakfasts now they can't do any of it. And they don't care about the people in the park either really it seems like bring us the old family 55+ park I remember.

Also, they used to allow family and children to swim in the pool, but since the new management took over, no family or children are allowed. Almost everything that is supposed to be a perk and the reason for paying the horrific price for rent, is always breaking down or not available. They never listen to what residence are asking for or asking about. It's not worth the money or the headache.

Home Park, but we found out that if our grandkids, our kids, any of our families or even friends of ours, or any of our guests come for a visit. They CANNOT use the pool, even if we are present. It is for the homeowners only. This is a deal breaker for us. So we are definitely looking elsewhere to buy.

I don't know?I've been here 7 years and have seen managment change 4 times. It doesn't affect the living in the community though. Everyone is friendly and trys to keep the atmosphere friendly and comfortable for all who live here.It's a pretty big community, so you could never know everybody, but the neighbors you do have, they try to lookout for each other. My mom (before she passed away) lived here around 20 plus years. Before covid-19, there were always stuff going on as far as gatherings and different games being played, a lot of activities.The homes here seem to sell quick and they seem to hold their value.So all the way around you can't beat living here at Sundial. That's my opinion, of course.
