Suncrest Mobile Home Park II Reviews
We can no longer use the pool everyday of the week. The pool is closed Wednesdays and half of Sunday so they can give swim lessons to paying non-residents. BS we pay for the pool. It's a scam . Stop raising the rent if you are stealing our amenities. The place is an absolute joke. The people are good , the management are scammers. Time to look at this a little further. There can only be a finite amount of students per teacher. Perhaps 2 or 3. Let's hope all business and teaching , health and safety licenses are all in order. The investigation begins.
Jul 02, 2025 · Jake MacI wouldn’t move here because the maintenance manager tried to assault me because I was not parked in the right place. There was no signage.
Jun 11, 2025 · stephen walkerClean well maintained as seen by a visitor but confusing that two parks are next to each other 1 & 2 with the same trailer numbers. So you need to ask the person you are visiting specifically ware theye are located and what entrance to use.
Aug 26, 2018 · James SeesholtzUPDATE.FOR 2025 THEY ARE RAISING THE RENT OVER 11%. IT WILL COST TENANTS AN ADDITIONAL $60 PER MONTH. THIS WHILE SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS WILL INCREASE UNDER $50 PER MONTH.SO ALL OF US WHO CAN'T AFFORD ANYTHING NOW, THINGS WILL BE $60 WORSE IN FEBRUARY. The lot payment is going from $540 per month to $600. Plus utilities and garbage.WHY ARE WE HAVING AN INCREASE? PRICES AREN'T ANY HIRE THAN A YEAR AGO.IF TRUMP WINS, PRICES WILL DROP ON EVERYTHING,WHY IS THIS PLA C PUTTING SUCH A BURDEN ON US?THIS IS NEARLY A 25% INCREASE IN 2 YEARS. WHAT DO WE GET FOR IT? A PICKLEBALL COURT THAT NOBODY WILL EVER USE.OH YEAH. IF YOU HAVE A DOG, YOU ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO LET YOUR DOG ON THE GRASS.SO WHEN IT IS 115 DEGREES OUTSIDE, YOU NEED TO WALK YOUR DOG ON THE PAVEMENET OVER TO THE TINY CAGE THAT THEY CALL A DOG PARK.Many tenants are talking about a rent strike, but perhaps we need to speak with the actual owners of this property and stop dealing with this management .Finally, there are many water emergencies. The water is shut off a lot.Lot Rent increase of 13% or more coming in February 2024. Many people are on a fixed income with social security giving less than a 4% increase. This increase will take away the ssa increase and more. So people barely making it now will be much worse off in a couple of months.Everything is a scam. Just another company that wants to bleed you dry.
Oct 25, 2024 · Jake MacHineThe community is very friendly. The entire park is well kept and very safe. It’s family friendly yet very quiet. Management has been very helpful and supportive from my point of view. They run a tight ship but that’s why you can expect quality neighbors and a quality neighborhood. I would highly recommend this park.
