Suncrest Mobile Home Park I Reviews
The new manager advertises her realtor license to get you to let her sell your home while she "approves" the new buyer for the park, doesn't return lot money owed, charges for lot updates to both lots, and refuses to provide owner information, in addition to referring property maintenance to her buddies. Not a good experience
Nov 12, 2023 · Shellie MunozSome people aren't so friendly if you're not from or live in this park, but most are very nice people. From what I understand management is great! They do tend to stick with the people they like or know better. The park itself seems to be taken care of, no trash thrown about or anything. They also have a driver that drives around making sure everything is good and people are safe, not security, but security. I don't live here but I visit and that's how I got the information.
Oct 30, 2020 · Heather PectolI love my home but am I allowed to put political signs in my yard? Cause I'm not sure, so for now it's in my window but I would like to know for sure.
Oct 12, 2024 · Valerie SrockJean and Non the property managers are unprofessional and make up their own rules on when you have to remove the mobile home from the property based on age and other subjective criteria not the actual condition of the home. Nothing is in writing. They selectively enforce rules, colors of the houses, where fences can be, cleanliness of the property you name it. Challenge them on anything and they will stop answering the phone and they will send you to their lawyers. The place has really gotten bad after the last property manager left.
Sep 08, 2020 · Taz KI applied at this park to become a resident and was greeted rather rudely by the manager who btw is an 81 year old person and then because I was nervous I messed up on application a couple times and she was rude again and then she ended up telling me my credit was not sufficient. However no other parks had a problem with it! This manager is not nice at all. I felt I needed to give this review because I was treated very unprofessional .
