Sun Valley Estates Manufactured Housing Community Reviews
I’ve lived here since 2013 every month. There’s new rules buyers please beware. The management here is out of control. We are limited on visitors parking so management took it upon their self to rent out by the month. What little visitor spaces we have. If you park in front of your house, she will have you towed thank before you buy here. The grass is always not greener on the other side. and don’t forget about all the crime here very bad. and the space rent keeps going up all the time. This is just my opinion I would look elsewhere.👎🤷♂️
Feb 15, 2025 · Gary RainwaterNot Visitor friendly. Can't Visit loved ones for 10 minutes cause the Tow Truck is already trying to take your car. There's 2 visitor parking spaces which happen to always be taken. NOT RECOMMENDED stay away
Mar 26, 2025 · Blanca Contreras•Rents cheap, parks mostly clean, but they have drug addicts and loud cars running through the streets at all hours of the night.•Management plays favorites to certain households, and warns and fines other households for ticky tack violations. •Utilities have increased by nearly 75% in the last year.•If you have small children, you wouldn't want then playing outside.•If you attempted to rent you mobile home to someone good luck getting Management to approve it, they select their tenants and make it difficult to approve new renters in your mobile home.•Unfortunately I can go on and on about complaints and negativity, and give little positive feedback. If you're gonna live in a mobile home park look else where.
Jan 19, 2018 · Robby DodsonWhen I purchased a house the space rent was set at twice that of all the neighbors and kept going up each.I sold my house and the people that I sold it to got a space rent one third of the rate I was paying. The manager protects her friends who were stealing the registration tags off vehicles and protected a friend that managed to run into someone home causing damage. If a child of the managers friend is caught causing damage to someone's property nothing is done while the manager sends letters out threatening every other tenant saying that if their children cause damage or steal from other tenants the parents will be held accountable and told to sell their home and leave the park.Oh and the manager is mentally low IQ, possibly the stupidest person that I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
Jan 10, 2017 · Tim MMy son stays here it looks like they're trying to clean the place up and they're doing a good job and they've got parking control now and I don't think they're going to allow people to stay in travel trailers there any longer just permanent mobile homes so that should make it a lot better there
