★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t believe that we are being charged rent. The park is still a disaster. The infrastructure was not repaired right. After they tore out the homes the empty lots have not been graded right. This has made it so when rains it floods. The park has moved at a snails pace to repair the buildings. The pools still aren’t open. The meeting s that we have had with corporate, have been nothing but a joke. They say they will communicate better with residents, that this will happen and that will be fixed and running, as of today it still the same. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. We all had to pull permits to fix our places., they haven’t pulled theirs in a timely fashion at all. Therefore nothing is getting done. Most parks around us are up and running fully. Come on siesta bay, Indian creek, and the groves. Stop lying to your residents who did their part to make the place great again, and start doing yours!
June 13 · Mark GlocknerBeautiful property! Helpful, friendly and hard working staff! We are happy to call Siesta Bay our home for now! Highly recommend!
October 02 · Tara BoydRebuilding after being under water from the last hurricane.Nice camping sites with lots of space.
January 30 · Greg SmithPlace was very nice and clean! The only problem I had, was that we checked in at 3p.m. Saturday and the office closed at 2p.m. and did not open again till Monday. We found a welcome packet on the front office door. We did not receive a key at this time. So for the first 2 days we were unable to use the bathrooms, showers, library, work out room, and pool table game room.I was told that I should've called the "emergency " number and they would've brought me a key. I think a sign that says "after hours" number would be better. But that's just my opinion. The place was very close to the beaches and the staff was very friendly when I was able to check in on Monday morning when they reopened the office. I would come back again and now I know how to get a key after hours.
June 22 · CHEFTIMPThis is a great 55 an over community. The pool is kept warm and sparkling clean. And the activities are top notch with pickler ball, tennis, shuffle board, and driving range net to name a few. They even host events such as pig roasts, dances and bingo. It keeps the community alive and well.
